Saber Interactive has officially revealed its upcoming brutal first-person horror game, Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival. The announcement came with a chilling gameplay trailer, showcasing both cutscenes and real in-game footage. Although no release date has been confirmed, the game is listed for Steam, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.
Based on the cult horror universe created by Clive Barker, the game tells the story of Aidan, a man who must wield the power of the Genesis Configuration — a mysterious puzzle box — to rescue his girlfriend Sunny from the demonic Labyrinth ruled by Pinhead and his Cenobite cult.
Gameplay emphasizes a mix of disturbing supernatural powers and real-world weapons. Players will battle grotesque creatures and sadistic enemies across a storyline-driven campaign. Developers describe the game’s content as extremely mature, warning players of intense violence, gore, consensual mutilation, and themes including suicide, domestic abuse, BDSM, addiction, and more.
